Measured Surveys
How we help
Our accurate measured building surveys give home owners, property developers and architects the necessary accurate dimensional information to plan improvements and changes to a property.
What is a measured building survey?
Measured building surveys are used to locate structural walls, windows, door positions, floor levels, ceiling heights, services etc. The survey plans can then be utilised by Architects to gain an accurate dimensional understanding of the building, which aids with the design and possible improvements to a property.
We can provide measured building surveys tailored to suit the client or Architects' requirements. All of our measured surveys follow the RICS Code of measuring practice and can include the following:
- Floor plans
- External/internal elevations
- Cross-sections
- Roof plans
- Reflected ceiling plans
- Site plans
- Topographical surveys
We work closely alongside Structural Engineers, Architects, Solicitors, Property Developers, Commercial Property Agents, Asset Management Firms and Private Clients.
