HM Land Registry Compliant Lease Plans
How we help
Our accurate surveys mean our plans are accepted first time, every time - giving you clarity and efficiency.
What is a Land Registry Compliant Lease Plan?
Any new lease lasting seven years or longer must be registered with HM Land Registry and have a compliant lease plan. The lease plan is essentially a drawing that identifies a leasehold demise within a property and depicts the exact area of land to be included within the intended lease.
Land Registry compliant lease plans can be undertaken for:
- Retail Units
- Offices
- Industrial Units
- Residential
- Land
All of our measured surveys follow the RICS Code of measuring practice and the HM Land Registry practice guide 40, so our plans are accepted the first time, every time!
